well it's the 7th. 6th was the trailer of this one. But oc, this one is the best. At the beginnning i was using FRAPs to record and Windowns movie maker .. Now im using cl_avidemo 30, pjbmp2avi, ulead video studio 11, ulead cool 3d studio, Creative Wave studio. But here's the link to others:

ok sry didn't had time before.

First, I suggest to copy your RTCW to another folder to have 1 game for playing, 1 for demo viewing. So you won't have to load the good cfg file each time you want.

I have to say I made those file long time ago and didn't check it since. So
seta cg_teamchatsonly "1"
seta cg_teamChatTime "0" seems to be useless since I could only teamchatonly 0. But anyhow it is working this way. Also the Autoexec.cfg comes from L0 so I didn't look at it a lot. I just add few cmds. Some may also by duplicate .. lol Im just too lazy to clean it up.

Movie.cfg :

tp.cfg // 3rd person with faster rotation
speed.cfg // ff, slow motion

If I recall right Keys are :
F11 : Start recording
F12 : Stop recording

KP_5 : Fast Foward
KP_2 : Slow Motion
KP_3 : Faster (jump 0.1 each time up to 10.0 I think)
KP_1 : Slower (Jump 0.1 each time till 0.5)

KP_4 : enter 3rd Person
KP_DOT : Rotation Left Fast (10 degrees by bounce I think)
KP_PLUS: Rotation right Fast (")
LeftArrow: Rotation Left Slower (5 deg)
RightArrow : Rotation Right Slower (")
uparrow : Close Up in 3rd
DownArrow : Farther view in 3rd

But open each files to make sure it's right or modify em as you wish.

So you can now record your demos. It will (because of the autoexec) take 30 screenshots each second. (cause AVIDEMO is set to 30) you will need a program call : PJBMP2AVI to encode TGA sc into an AVI movie.

So now you will have you avi video. Just need to make footage after! I use ULEAD VideoStudio 11. which is really impressive, but I'm not able to preview the project .. it freezes as hell. I have to encode the vid every time which could be really annoying and long. (up to 45 minutes sometimes)

You should encode them in Xvid Codecs (good quality, small size). in 25~ FPS.
